Original APP for ZERO AUDIO Wireless Stereo Headphones is available only in Japan.
Download APP onto your Android smartphone and update your TWZ-1000 the latest firmware.

【For details regarding firmware】
・Updated contents
1）Making the minimum volume softer than the default level.
2)Fixing a known problem of loss of audio connection with certain Bluetooth transmitters.
・ Firmware Ver. : Ver.1.1.0
・ Supported product : TWZ-1000
・ Necessary time : Approx.20minutes
※Radio waves conditions or Bluetooth devices may affect the time.

Find “ZERO AUDIO APP” on Google Play™, install it and update firmware according to the process shown on the app.

[ For iOS ]
APP for iPhone (iOS) is under development and will be updated once available for use.

【Operating environment】
・Android OS ： Ver. 5.0～9.0 only
※Not supported for other versions.
・Bluetooth ： Ver. 4.2～

【No update necessary】
Products that include following serial numbers don’t need to be updated.
“SN:X9Z1*****05”
The number is shown on the package.
